To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, fantasyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Any funds remaining in a verified account at the time of termination for reasons other than a breach will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
